The young lady that conducted my personal interview wanted me to accept the job right on the spot. She strongly inferred that the position (which consisted of irregular part time hours in different locations) may not be available if I was unable to immediately commit. I will never submit to these type of high pressure tactics in the future.

Entrevista
The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.

It was a straightforward and fun interview. She had me role-play different situations that could come up with kids. She also explained the role and the benefits. We went through availability.
