The interview process was easy. After I submitted my resume, they called me back right away to see the supervisor. I went in and she asked me about my work experience. Even though I had no prior experience, she seemed interested in hiring me since I was bilingual. She told me about the job description and hired me on the spot.

The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.

It was a straightforward and fun interview. She had me role-play different situations that could come up with kids. She also explained the role and the benefits. We went through availability.
