First, 2 different HR representatives reached out although I already had an interview. I made it to the next round meeting with the CEO and CFO. They never showed up for the Teams call, nor did anyone else notify me they were stuck in a meeting. We rescheduled. Post interview 2 weeks went by I reached out to the recruiter and have never gotten a reply.
