I applied online on indeed.com. Within a week I had an email to schedule a phone interview. The entire interview process was just a phone interview, no in-person interview and not very many questions were asked. Most questions were regarding where I was willing to drive and how far I was willing to commute on a daily basis. They asked about my availability. Then they asked me if I had my CBT certification (which I didn't at the time). That's about it.

Interview is done online , on a secure website. Training is a lil intense two weeks . One day is via person the rest in all online . You get tested in your knowledge and also required to take a state license exam for RBT license .

Interview was done Over video. It was done virtually done with someone in corporate out of California. There was a two step process. The video interview lated about thirty minutes.
