The application itself had multiple case-study questions. Then then there was a task about interpreting data. And then there was an interview with 2 senior advisors. I would say the overall process was difficult because of the multiple time-consuming assignments.

You are working with a partner to evaluate the impact of a tutoring program for first-year university students to help improve their grades and retention. You have pitched a mixed-methods evaluation using a randomized controlled trial (RCT) and student interviews to assess outcomes after one year. The partner will use the evidence from the evaluation to decide whether to continue the tutoring program and scale it to other universities.
When presenting to a wider group of stakeholders:
One person asks why we can’t just do a before-after

I was invited to an assessment day after the screening stage. During the assessment day, I presented some slides, did a case study, and completed a written assessment looking at verbal reasoning and numerical skills.

they have role relevant questions on applied (spin-off platform created by the BIT) then some group interviews and 1:1 chats. The process is interesting but a bit long. Quite unbiased.
