The interview process was overall a positive experience. The conversation started in a very relaxed and friendly way, which made the atmosphere comfortable from the beginning. The technical questions were focused on frontend development and felt fair and relevant to the role, without being unnecessarily stressful. I also appreciated that the interview included some creative problem-solving and communication-focused discussions, which made the process more engaging and different from a standard technical interview. The process finished with typical HR questions, and overall the communication throughout the recruitment process was transparent and respectful.

The interview process consisted of two stages. An introductory interview with HR Business Partner and a technical call with HRBP and Team Leader. The whole process was very pleasant and professionally handled. Communication was clear and to the point, which I appreciate. Top marks!
