The interview was done virtually on zoom. This was after a pre-interview psychometric test. Relax if you can only finish half the Quantitative and Verbal timed assessments because the interviewers said it was normal.
There were 2 interviewers, the first asked a lot of motivation questions based off the pre-interview psychometric test eg "why do you say you are competitive", "do you work better alone or in a team" and other scenarios eg "tell me about a time you had a disagreement with your supervisor and how you overcame it". These questions could put you in a spot if you are unclear about your personal motivations, strengths and weaknesses. So best is to do the psychometric test honestly and answer honestly. The second asked about technical skills in the field eg "do you have any experience in cable tech".
They seemed happy with the interview so much so the first interviewer emphasised 3 times that I had the people skills but for the technical side they need to look at other candidates first. Few hours later, the HR asked me for another role ie that role was probably filled.
