Non existent - If you have the relevant qualifications they will most likely hire you on a causal basis, once you start you will be working more than full-time hours with out satisfying the minimum Australian standards for breaks, overtime etc. After a few weeks have past where you have been over worked they will "offer" offer you a full-time position where you receive a huge pay decrease and are expected to be onsite open to close and cancel any plans you have if they "need" you at work. The reality is they will save a lot of money making you full-time and happy to let you go at the drop of a hat, as the "Manager" receives a bonus of $1,000 per person they "recruit" in a full or part time capacity. Don't be fooled by the smoke in mirrors trick this company is not worth your time applying for.
