Video interview with recruiter then offered to take a 4 test assessment. Must know PLC and water sterilizer systems. The assessment covered several areas like logic, technical skills, and a personality assessment.

Multiple telephone interviews. Phone interviews with several people within the company and company recruiter. Single in person interview at a local hotel. Interviewed in comfortable setting in hotel lobby area. Technical telephone interview relating to my experience and education followed by questions about pumps, valves, pressure and temperature in relation to steam.
