I received an email from a Belk recruiter, to set up a phone call. Had the phone call, was told I would be a great fit, and will hear soon about next steps. Heard nothing after 2 weeks, followed up, was told the team has been indisposed and he would let me know once he heard feedback. I never heard from the recruiter again, even after following up. Unprofessional and a waste of time. I have since found employment, but will not be looking at Belk opportunities in the future.
