About a week after applying online I received a call to set up an interview within the next few days. In the interview, met with a woman (I believe she was either an assistant manager or a department head) who seemed very busy, but friendly. It was pretty obvious that she hadn't really read my resume before meeting with me (she said at the beginning of the interview "So I know you don't have any retail experience...", when on my resume it says I have several years of experience). She spent almost the entire meeting (not that long, only about 15 minutes) talking about what customer service is and how busy the location was. She didn't ask me any of the typical interview questions, or much of anything about my experience (after I corrected her that I did in fact have experience in retail customer service). It seemed like it ended positively, she said that I would get a call in a few days from the store manager to set up a second interview (which I never received).
