The Bell digital interview is a one way recorded video assessment used to screen people. Applicants answer a small set of timed behavioral questions, focusing on communication, teamwork, and motivation.

For the digital interview part, I was asked to record videos to answer a few questions. For each question, I'm required to think about the question for around 20 seconds and then answer the question in 2-3 minutes.
