Applied through school job board, heard back in about a month, accepted interview and had an interview that week. There were two rounds of interviews, one from a recruiter and then the Vice President.

The interview took place on campus because my school is one of the "target schools" for Textron, which is Bell's parent company. All recruiting was done through Textron. It consisted of a phone screening and then on a 1-on-1 interview with a Textron employee held on campus. I received an offer about a week after the in-person interview.
