Applied online. Phone Interview with HR on my background. Face to face interview with 2 people at the company office in Houston. The interview went well. I was interviewed by a couple - Husband and Wife. It felt like a small family company where folks are hired not based on experience but connections. I never heard back from the company on the outcome of my interview. This tells me they have no regards for applicants and no professionalism.
