Long-winded and very robotic. No personality and just fired questions at me. The interview process is very old-fashioned. The leadership team are very all middle-aged white men with old-fashioned and out dated views.

First i had a phone screening with a manager who explained the job role and asked basic question such as ' why do you want to apply for this role'. One face to face interview with 2 manager. Asked experience and competency based questions. Just make sure to use STAR technique to answer questions. The process took about 1 week.
