The process consisted of three rounds. The first was an initial phone screening with HR focused on background and general fit. The second round was a technical interview with a senior analyst, covering financial modeling, Excel proficiency, and P&L analysis. The final round was a panel interview with the team, including case-based questions and discussions around real estate fundamentals, investment strategy, and prior deal experience.

3 rounds worth of interview. Last was 4 person panel diving into more of technical side of the job. Only downside is that if you are not selected they will ghost you.
