It was quick and easy. You apply online and they call you for an interview. The process did not take a long time. The interviewer was nice and just wanna know you more.

Basic interview questions and interview process was in two separate occasions. Server experience may or may not be needed but being a team player seems to be important. Pretty responsive and followed up after interview.
Very simple, asked about relevant experience and why I want to work in senior services. Was pretty informal and not difficult at all. It was held over the phone and lasted about 15 minutes only.
