I was hired on-site after describing how far I lived and why I wanted to work there. They were straightforward and logistical questions mostly about availability. They also asked about previous experience which many of the staff had already.

It was right to the point, overall a very great interview experience. Nice staff and very welcoming. Although the person that was supposed to interview me was not there, their assistant was very kind and interviewed me.

There is a mini phone interview, not a formal one, but just a conversation to get to know you. Then there is an on site interview. Very straightforward interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. Just typical questions like why do you want to work here, strengths and weaknesses, what qualities do you look for in a manager.
