Interviewed by responding to 3-4 standard interview questions taped on webcam - didn't know the questions before the interview. Two 'mini-games', one to assess ability to key in numbers - perhaps in anticipation of lots of MFA and excel work :) and then one to assess logic/spatial awareness, like an IQ test. Obviously designed for a mobile interface, reccomend taking this on PC or laptop so you can work with a scratch pad. Finally interviewed by a human and optimistic about results.
