Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fui entrevistado pela Belvedere Trading (Chicago, IL) em jan. de 2013
Entrevista
First interview was a phone one consisting of typical questions (why trading, why the college/major you're in now, etc.) and math/probability/brainteasers.
Got notified for an onsite visit a couple weeks later. It included a tour of their office, two 1-on-1 interviews (fit and probability questions), a couple written math tests, and a little group exercise with the other candidates.

One of the math tests were designed to take longer than the time given to take it. This will separate the quick thinkers from the rest.

I first got a Skype interview with bunch of brainteasers. They're pretty straightforward and you should be able to figure it out pretty quickly on the spot. I get a final round invite. I ask for a hotel and a direct flight. Nope.
Final round is pretty straightforward: a couple of math tests, a mock trading game, and a few one-on-ones.
They only take juniors. Even if you ace the interview, if they think you'll go somewhere else, they also won't give you an offer. The people who got offers were mediocre at best. Guess they're not looking for talent.

I applied online and received a phone call from HR about 3 weeks later. There was an initial screening (what's prop trading? Why Belvedere?) and then I was invited for an on-the-spot interview. During that interview, they really tried to get at interest in trading (Why do you want to be a trader? Do you know what qualities a good trader has?) and they tried to de-emphasize the math portion.
Then there was a mental math test, which was relatively simple but they do ask you to apply some basic understanding of options pricing (which they will explain to you in advance).
