Hiring is coordinated with the local recruitment agencies in Pakistan, Philippines, India and Bangladesh. The initial interview is conducted by agencies and when satisfied, candidates are endoresed for final interview with the company recruitment team. Duirng the final interview, if the recruitment officer finds one to be fitting to a job, he is asked to stay for a while until a salary offer is given. Once accepted, the candidate starts processing his documents for employment. Deployment to work takes an average of 1-3 months depending on the urgency of position and/or the processing of candidate of his documents.
