the interview was relatively short, because there were many openings for the machine operator positions and not many people were applying for the position so it did not take long.

Discussed the personality test. Talked about the responsibilities of the job, the physical demands. also talked about the attendance policy, as well as the union that we had to join. We also discussed all of the different types of machines and operations that we would be performing, including small parts assembly, quality control, and packaging.
