There were 4 interviews - screening, with hiring manager, with a senior manager, and with DEI manager. When a company spends this much time on an interview process for a mid-level job it is not a good use of resources and not respectful of a candidate's time. The senior manager appeared to have no interest in actually hearing the answers to her questions and would put words in my mouth without letting me further explain. Otherwise they seemed to go well and the recruiter gave me great feedback along the way, but I didn't get an offer in the end because of "lack of enthusiasm" which seemed like a poor excuse.

Entrevista
20-minute phone interview with Recruiter to qualify and make sure my values are aligned with Bench.
The second interview was a 45 minutes call with the VP to discuss my experience and projects. Following this interview with the VP, I was told the recruiter will follow up with me by the end of the week (the interview was on Monday) for next steps (in-person interview to meet the team). No follow up, so I sent an email, and a week later, I was told they discussed internally and have decided the change the qualifications of the role and I am no longer qualified for as I don't have the experience they want.
