Thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience. It helps my team see what we're doing well and where we could do better. We try really hard to provide an exceptional candidate experience and I'm sorry this wasn't the case for you.
The reviews are anonymous so I don't have all the details but it seems the negative experience was driven by the fact that you didn't get any feedback on why we didn't move forward with your application. While we'd love to be able to provide feedback to every candidate, unfortunately we don't always have the time available to do that. There are also instances where a candidate has done a great job, but someone else just did a bit better. In either case, you always have the option of contacting your recruiter to ask for feedback. If you no longer have the recruiters email, please feel free to contact me at jacqui.baillie@bench.co and we can have a chat about why we didn't move forward.
