- first call was a typical HR pre-screen
- second call was a full interview with the Hiring Manager
- third call was with a member of the team I would be working closely with and the Hiring Manager
- fourth call was a case study that I had to develop and present - this essentially gave them a good sense of my skillset as it related directly to the role they were hiring me for.
