I applied online via the website and received a call from the recruitment team about two weeks later. Had an interview the following week with the hiring manager and an adjacent team's manager. Very formulaic interview, it was made very clear I should follow the STAR model, interviewers didn't seem super enthusiastic, overall not an overly pleasant process. I never actually received an outcome from the interview, suffice to say I'll be declining the role if I ever hear from them.
