There are four phases of the recruiting process, begining with attempt at some tasks, thereafter there will be about two interviews. I will comment on the interview process after attempting the tasks.

They had multiple rounds of aptitude tests that had to be done through their portal. You had to have your webcam on and share your screen. There were a lot of tasks that you had to do.
