Very straight forward. Phone interview then an in person interview to demonstrate your waxing skills and state board compliance. They are really looking for people who are working at state board standards more than they are looking at your brow shaping skills.

The interview was great. The amount I'd be making wasn't clear. The Manager was highly skilled and this could be seen in his interactions with guests coming in. I had the day wrong for the interview, but the Manager was kind and forgiving and still accommodated my needs. I am happy to have been to the interview.
