Interview process took approx. 3 months before an offer was extended. Very unstructured interviews and lack of technical in depth questions. Felt like they weren't really gauging competency or ability very well or the interviewers just didn't have much experience. Declined offer because I had two other pending interviews with way better companies.

Disorganized interview, shuffling to find appropriate words to describe the question in any detail. Interview for front end position was asked backend questions. Very poor interview style that made me feel uncomfortable
