The interview process was extremely pleasant and respectful of my time. I was able to meet with several members of the team and I felt like everyone was down to earth and genuinely interested in getting to know me. Technical questions were closely aligned to my experience and the role I was interviewing for. None of the questions were outside the scope of my role I was interviewing for. I left every interview feeling like I would really enjoy working with the person that I met with. My meeting with Brady (the internal talent acquisition specialist) , after accepting the offer, further reinforced the overall positive experience I had throughout the whole process.

The interview process consisted of three stages, all conducted remotely via video call. The process felt very professional and I received feedback faster than anticipated (one day for the first two interviews, three days for the final round) - including some quite specific, going into both the negatives as well as positives, after the final round. I was particularly pleased to find out that what I considered to be the weakest part resulted in some very positive feedback nevertheless. Everyone I spoke to was very welcoming and making sure I had the time to ask any questions. The interviews in the final round all had short blurbs explaining what they will entail - this was sent out 5 days before the date of the interview giving ample time to prepare.
