Entrevista
Multi layer interviews. First with HR and then with the VP. I was also asked to give a scientific presentation. After my presentation I spoke with 2 other principal scientists. I was challenged by many questions during my presentation, but overall it was an engaging interview process. Steps were clearly defined by the HR.

Short 30 minute interview with recruiter asking some questions about background and experience.
30 minutes interview with VP or hiring manager again about background and experience
Followed by a longer 3-4h session where I presented my work to different members of the team followed by scientific questions about the content. Also included interviews individually with different team members involved in different aspects of the business/ team. Also got a chance to ask any questions and have a more casual conversation with person in similar role.

Entrevista
A comprehensive 3-stage process. My impression was that the key factors were that your technical knowledge was good and that you would be a good fit for the team and company. The content/focus of each stage was clearly described in each invitation so you knew what to expect. The interactions with the various interviewees were pleasant and relatively relaxed. I felt very comfortable asking questions so I could be sure that the role would be a good fit for me. Decision-making at each stage was the fastest I've ever known and it took just over 2 weeks from application to offer. This was the most pleasant application/interview process I've experienced and the swift decisions were greatly appreciated.
