The interview process was wonderful and well-organized. People were welcoming and available for additional questions. The process was of a reasonable length, and communication was clear. Overall, it was a positive experience that left me feeling confident and valued as a candidate.

Describe your teaching style and the strategy you use when facing some challenges in the classroom.
The interview process included an initial screening, followed by panel interviews focused on instructional practice, collaboration, and problem-solving. Candidates also discussed past experience, responded to scenario questions, and demonstrated alignment with the school’s mission and culture.

A full day of interviews with admin and faculty, observations of my demo lesson, and tour of campus. Faculty were welcoming and respectful. However, I never heard a response of "yes" or "no," which left me feeling disrespected and perplexed.

Very thorough interview process and campus visit. The hiring team communicated quickly and effectively, made sure I was provided with all the material necessary to prepare my on campus interview. All in all a lovely experience.
