Very simple first interview with Talent Aquisition team. Limited knowledge of their marketing domain. In my situation they only used a very standard set of factual questions (package, notifcation period, etc.). I missed the human connection a bit and eagerness to know more about my background. Waited then for weeks to ultimately receive - after me asking by mail the status - a standard system rejection message. With the suggestion to keep an eye open on their career portal. Not really interested to do that - would also not recommend to others.
