What am I looking for as a potential good fit for me at a school?
Very easy and straightforward. I liked who I interviewed with and was offered the job. It just depends on which principal interviews you. Overall, I would work at Berkeley school district again.

Basic questions about lessons, classroom set up and also questions on how to contact family members of a student that has been disrespectful. I enjoyed the interview team I sat in front of- you could tell that they love their school.
