Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Berkshire (Atlanta, GA) em jun. de 2015
Entrevista
The interview process consisted of an initial 30 minute phone interview with the HR Eastern Division Recruiter followed by a 2 hour in-person panel interview with the President,VP Financial Operations, VP of Training and Associate Portfolio Manager. It was honestly one of the best interviews I had in a while. I felt very welcomed and invited. The environment was professional, however the conversation was open and exploratory. I felt as if I was talking to a close colleague, being that I did not feel nervous or scared. The interview process was not only filled with interesting questions but the room was also filled with laughs, and with personalities that I would love to work with and work for. The interviewees made me even more excited to work for Berkshire Communities and their presence alone was a stellar example of Berkshire and how an ideal work environment should be.
