Two virtual interviews through Microsoft Teams. First with just the recruiter and then the second is with two managers and a claims adjuster. Typically only one manager will speak during this interview.

Wonderlic assessment, phone screening then no contact for a good 2-3 wks., additional wonderlic assessments, and asked to do a video call with the recruiter. I felt the interview went well. Started with the mosquito writing prompt then just typical interview questions. At the end of the interview, asked him what the perfect candidate looked like and how I compared and felt that I would be a good fit. They must have felt otherwise since I never heard back.
