Even though it's a freelance job, they expect you to invest an incredible amount of time and effort in "training" before you're hired. Moreover, during the so-called Orientation also, you need to give a full 40 min demo lesson THRICE. All of this is unpaid. You'd think you're applying for a prime minister's role given the number of hoops you need to jump through. Apply only if you have a month of free time and immense effort to spare.

It felt more like a school interrogation than an interview. The interviewer was aggressive and only focuses on these: listing company principles. Useless. They called me for a job with children and then it was in reality for business. Not professional interview.
