Very friendly during interview process and very down to earth about what the job is like. They make you take a test sort of like the SAT with logical, math, and reading comp questions. It takes about an hour, and not sure how that is used to factor in whether you're chosen or not. For my position, I would have met with Rick Berman after the test was completed but I ended up taking a different job before then. They knew I had Hill experience and so were willing to be flexible in creating a new position that worked with my skills.
