Phone interview, in person interview, prompt follow up , called me back very quickly to let me know the status of the application and ask when i could begin to work. Fairly laid back attorneys with clear direction and friendly work environment.

They are basically just looking for warm bodies with a license. I called about the position, they brought me in for an interview and called me with a take it or leave it offer within the hour.

Emailed and came in. Informational discussion about position and then offered the job. No real interview. Emailed when a new case came up to come back. No interview ever.
