Started with a phone interview with talent acquisition then an interview with three managers separately. I don't think they continue to interview this in depth anymore. It isn't too bad.

The interview process consists of an initial phone screening with a recruiter and an interview with two members of the firm via Microsoft Teams. Both interviews were conversational and were fairly easy.

Entrevista
Very basic interview process. Sat down with an attorney and team manager, spoke with them for about 30 min revolving the position at hand and asked me questions about my stress level and time management. Afterwards, sat with a Partner and another higher level attorney to discuss more about myself and hobbies. I did not speak with a recruiter prior to the interview as I was a referred to the position by an attorney at the firm.
