Entrevista
They reached out via LinkedIn message, explaining how they were impressed with my resume. The first round was a scheduled Zoom call, which was later postponed to the next day--I totally understoond the shift and appreciated the update.
I joined the second (postponed) interview via Zoom, but no one joined. I reached out through LinkedIn if the meeting was still on, yet never received a single reply from them: Yes, I was cancelled, ghosted, without a single notice from them. Totally wasted my time researching this brand and preparation became to none. How absurd.
If you found a better candidate, that totally cool if you had the decency and gut to give a notice to the applicant instead of ignoring all communication for no reason. Do not waste people time and yours.

I applied for the position online. I was later contacted to schedule a phone interview. On the day of my interview I was asked to send my resume. Since I applied online I would assume you would already have my resume? During the phone call, I was informed that the company was looking for someone with experience in the accessory industry. I understand that, however, why would you waste my time. Perhaps if you looked over my resume beforehand that would not be an issue. I was also told that some duties would include: communicating with buyers and entering purchase orders. Anyone who has professional experience can do this, you don't need to have background in accessories or fashion. The phone screen was unprofessional and rushed. If I take the time out of my day to speak to you I expect the same.

I was sold a dream that wasn't quite true. I was told that classes were available for employee general interests and no one has ever taken a class. Was told that there was room for growth and there isn't
