I had 4 rounds of interviews !!!
I almost meet one-third of the whole company! (I had an interview with 5 people. At the time of interview, Bespin Global in North America have total 15 employee)
In nutshell:
I do not recommend this company to anyone at all.
Details:
As I said, I had 4 rounds of interviews and 3 of them, was in the time that I was on vacation! (and they knew about that). So, they did not respect my time that much.
In the second interview, which was the technical part, they asked me several questions about AWS and my expertise and I answered them all. At the end of that round, the person who interviewed me (that has a high position in the company) said that I am convinced with your experience and I am recommending you.
I went to the third round of interviews with the VP of X (let me not share the exact position) and that person also was fine with me and explain more about the company and their future projects.
My third interview was with another architect and the head of the engineering team. What they told me was very interesting! First of all, they said, "our working hours are like other companies, between 8:30 and 9 hours per day!!!!" I said, well, actually that is not something normal! working hours are 8 per day! not 8:30 or 9!
So, obviously, they expect employees to work more while they do not want to pay for that!
And the final result after all these 4 rounds of interviews was: I was rejected! and the reason:
"We are looking for more consulting experience."!
Are you kidding me? Do you just notice that I have less experience than you need in 4th interview? which you did not ask me any technical questions?! Did you check my CV before that?
Well, at this moment, I am so happy that I did not join that company. I learned some more lessons as well, but I cannot share them all here. But I will use that to select another company to work for if I want to change my current job.
