First interview with HR recruiter. Second interview with 1 partner. HR recruiter talked about culture, mentorship. Partner asked questions to see if I was a good fit for the practice group.

I had a phone call with the Hiring Manager who was based out of California. They offered a secondary interview but declined due to other opportunities. The process was very slow compared to other law firms and was not communicated clearly.
