Met recruit at career fair and emailed a week later. Set up a to face to face interview 3 weeks later. After the interview, I was contacted by the recruiter a week later.
The Interview Process was straight forward. It was all behavioral and situational questions. The whole process was smooth and organized.

I was applying for an Advertising Insights intern position and they asked a lot of situational questions like when was a time you faced a challenge? when was a time you had to work in a group with someone that wasn't doing their part?
