I was interviewing for a position in a new store so there were different positions available. I initially was interviewing for a computer sales position, but the hiring manager suggested I work in the merchandising specialist role to gain some experience and then maybe move on to the computer sales role. I was told what to expect, asked basic questions and was accepted on the spot.

Informal phone interview, then right after I was give a follow up in-person interview the same day. The interviews went over the description of job expectations and if your able to meet them
Very simple interview. Asked generic questions about my job history, behavioral questions, and etc. 1 phone interview and 2nd interview was with the store manager. Got the job after the 2nd interview.
