Quick process from applying online to sitting down for the actual interview. The interview had many levels with other sales staff store Managment and some regional staff. The key in this position seemed to be prior experience in a sales related role; management experience was required but not the focus.

2nd interview was panel interview with 3 GMs.
No in person interviews due to Covid-19. All went well. I would say it wasn’t very difficult

Random and incredibly robotic generic phone interview to start. The person on the other end of the line will 100% be replaced by a robot in the next 3 years. Or maybe it was a robot that just passed the Turing test.
