Only been through the phone interview thus far: was a short, five minute conversation. Questions asked were why did I want to work at Best Buy? What qualities I had to offer the position? Also asked about scheduling availability, and confirmed of a group interview for the next week.

This was an in-house interview, internal candidates were interviewed for promotion to GM. The District Manager and Human Resources manager conducted the interview. The process was handled in 1 day, 3 candidates qualified for the interview.
