Applied for position online, which included a personality test. I was called for a phone interview a couple months later. I was asked basic interview and availability questions, and asked to come in the same day for a second interview with the GM. During the second interview, I was asked slightly tougher questions, but nothing that someone who has been through this process before can't handle. 3 days later, I was offered the position, contingent on a successful drug test and background check.
