Entrevista
First, you have to go online to the website and complete the online application (which can take up to an hour to finish). An employee, most likely one of the managers from the department that you applied for, may call you for an interview. After the main interview, you may be asked to do a second interview with the District Manager for that store. If all goes well, then they will call you back to go through the orientation process, which consists of watching a video with other fresh applicants that will tell you about the safety procedures and the company's overall motive. Best Buy does conduct urinalysis. The best advice for someone going to the interview would be to be polite and conversational.

Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
