Started with a phone interview, which was easy and enjoyable. Then had two in-person interviews. There was some communication that there would be two interviews, although the first interviewer was unsure and could not provide me with a timeline. Turns out this was because a manager who was going to interview me left part way through the process and things had to be re-worked. Despite this hiccup, the interviews were still enjoyable and the managers performing them were respectful, considerate, and fairly forthcoming.

Pros: The coworkers were definitely the highlight of the job. The team was supportive, friendly, and genuinely good to work with on a daily basis. Cons: There is not a lot of room for growth or upward mobility. If you are looking to advance your career or climb the ladder quickly, it is hard to find those opportunities here.
